At Wildflower Jewellery, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
